Winter Classic!

What can I say, this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to receive tickets to the Winter Classic 2011 at Heinz Field from Michael's co-workers!  It was cold and rainy, but we didn't notice ~ it was so much fun just to be there!

While I wait for the girls to fall asleep anxiously anticipating Santa's arrival, I thought I would update a few things on here and wish everyone and their families a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Penguin Hockey!

We are very much appreciative that Grandma Bonnie found Daddy 4 tickets (2 given by Aunt Janet) to a Penguins game at the *new* Consol Energy Center during Thanksgiving break! This was Sam's first live game ever (and she was really into it - jumping up to cheer and clap), and Emma's first game since she was a baby! We all had a great time cheering the Pens to a 2-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators.

I was able to connect to this cool app in the arena and create this picture (they were not really on the jumbotron, lol)




They received a really nice bag as part of a giveaway, too!
